Evaluating The Project

Until you get into demolition, it's difficult to get a handle on exactly how much work will be required to design and construct your dream bathroom. Begin with an inspection: evaluate your plumbing, and look for water damage and outdated or worn-out fixtures. Then consider the cabinets, lighting, and ventilation. Perhaps you need to rearrange or enlarge the bath to accommodate users with special needs. You will also want to consider the amount of time you have to devote to the project. Finally, work out a budget. If you take the project one step at a time, you'll be able to lay out a realistic plan.
